My husband and I so enjoyed our stay here at The Old Well Apartment that was not far from the center of Old Town yet away from the crowds. We had everything we needed in this exceptionally clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and stylishly appointed apartment. The host was a pleasure to deal with, and went out of their way to arrange a transfer from a hotel, and refer porter for our baggage. Restaurants are not far away, but do note that it's much easier to get around all of Old Town if stairs are not a problem for you. We hope to return, and if we do, we'd gladly stay at the Old Well Apartment again.

We had a very comfortable stay. We really wanted to stay within the Old Town walls and this rental was perfect. Very clean, modern and has amenities needed for your stay. Banje beach is just outside the walls. Response time was always prompt. 10/10

Perfect apartment in Old Town Dubrovnik

My husband and I stayed at The Old Well Apartment for four nights, and we absolutely loved it. The property was stylish, well designed, and very clean. The air conditioning worked very well, which is important for summer in Dubrovnik. The location in the heart of Old Town is ideal for exploring while also being situated on a quiet street away from the crowds. The only small downside is the stairs up to the apartment, which might not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. But it was perfect for us, and we would gladly return again!

The apartment stay was wonderful! The location is ideal in the middle of Old Town (but be prepared to walk up 113 steps). The inside was extremely clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed.

Great place to stay

My friends and I had an amazing stay here, the apartment was clean and was the perfect place for a time in Dubrovnik. Both beds were comfortable even the sofa bed. It is super close to the heart of old town making exploring old town incredibly easy!

Unbelievable Host! Great Property!

Our Host Maro was beyond a Super Host. He arranged transportation to and from the airport. Helped us with our luggage to and from the Old Town gate to his property, which was as shown and described, modern, clean and greatly located. Maro was available to ensure our stay was great 24 hours a day. I cannot say enough great things about this property and your Host Maro. Book it!!!

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was lovely. Maro looked after us very well, Vesna communicated exceptionally. Dubrovnick was a gorgeous city. We found some great restaurants. Our only problem was the steps, due to our age (71) the steps were hard, but we are fit now, that is a plus.

Perfect Dubrovnik apartment

We had 3 nights at the apartment. We have stayed in many VRBO listings and this is one of the best. Well equipped comfortable bed, clean and great location. Lots of stairs to get there but that is Dubrovnik. Would recommend and would stay there again. Hosts were responsive but did not hover in any way. Highly recommend.

Excellent Dubrovnik stay

Maro was an excellent host with fantastic communication including restaurant (non tourist), shopping, and general information. Many people comment concerning the stairs but anyone who understands the typography of Dubrovnik realizes that this is what you will encounter with this magical old city. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartman for a magical stay.

It was great!

If you have trouble with stairs then this is not the place for you( however, if you are fit or of reasonable health this would be a great place to stay. If you want to experience inside the walls of Dubrovnik this place is for you. The inside was beautiful and well contained with everything you would need. The host was very receptive and I found everything what I had hoped for. The key here is “are you reasonably fit.” If so, go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

Great location and perfect for a couple!

We loved our stay in this well appointed apartment in Dubrovnik. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the check-in process was easy, and we were so grateful for the air conditioning to help us escape the heat. The location provides easy access to Old Town Dubrovnik - just be prepared for the steps! We highly recommend booking here for an enjoyable visit to this lovely vacation spot in Croatia.

Luxurious and efficient use of space

Very efficient use of space, considering it’s a studio (through there are dividers separating the bedroom). Two adults and two older children fit comfortably. Pull out sofa was comfortable. Can’t beat the location - it was often easier to walk home than try to find a public bathroom! Our only issue was with the hot water, which seemed to need time between bathers in order to all have hot water. Property managers responsive though and looking into the matter.

Amazing Property in Old Town!

What a special place! Our family of three loved our stay at Maro’s place. It had everything we could possibly need for our 5 night stay. It was comfortable and convenient to all of the attraction we visited during our stay. Maro was excellent at communicating and answered all of our questions quickly. He provided helpful tips about good ATMs to use in the area and recommended a few outstanding restaurant recommendations (Dubrovnik Restaurant and Sesame). 100% recommend staying here.

Beautiful Upgraded Location in the Heart of the Old Town

The place is clean and modern inside with a dedicated bedroom and a pullout couch. It is in the heart of the old town and so close to everything. We had a great stay here. It is towards the top of the town, so you do have to go up stairs to reach the place, but if you're in reasonable shape and don't have too much luggage, it's no problem. Highly recommend!
