Layout

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by a flight of steps from the main entrance to the building.

The apartment is all on one level.

Two bedrooms either side of a hallway and a bathroom adjacent, lead to the living room and dining room with sliding doors that lead to the balcony and outdoor seating.

The kitchen is located through the open plan living room and dining room.

The apartment is on the first floor of a complex of apartments on the site of Newport Links Golf Club.
