Ben Hogan Suite is in the perfect location over looking an incredible 18 hole Links Golf Course. There are wonderful sea views over Newport Sands and beyond to the Nevern estuary, Carningli Mountain and the seaside town of Newport.

Newport itself is 2.5 miles by road and about 20 minutes if you take a walk along the coastal path via the estuary, which is a bird spotter's paradise. In Newport you will find a good selection of welcoming dog friendly pubs, restaurants, cafes & shops.

The suite is comprised of two bedrooms, one double and one twin both with ensuite bathrooms. There is a comfortable open plan living room, dining & kitchen area. The main bedroom boasts patio doors that open out overlooking the golf course and the sea beyond.

- One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk in shower
- One twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walk in shower and separate bath. Access through sliding doors to the patio that overlooks the golf course and the sea.
- The living area is one open plan space with a kitchen area, comfy seating, TV and dining space.
- There are two access doors, one from the main entrance of the building and one at the rear of the building.

**From Cardiff (Approx. 220 miles, 3.5 to 4 hours):**
1. Start on the M4 motorway westbound.

4. From Haverfordwest, take the A487 northbound to Newport, Pembrokeshire.

1. Take the M4 motorway westbound from London.
2. Follow the M4 until you reach the junction 49 for Carmarthen.
