Yria Ktima Luxury Villa consists of a Greek Villa and a Luxury Cottage. The Greek Villa has a clean Cycladic design inspiration, with wooden and marble floors covering 420 square meters of gracefully decorated indoor space.
Inside, the Greek Villa has four spacious suites with en-suite bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and an open plan kitchen where guests may experiment with creating culinary delights using some of the villa’s own organic produce. The Greek Villa also boasts a dining salon, ideal for enjoying long meals with family and friends and a harmonic lap pool. The open terraces offer the spectacle of colorful sunsets, sea views and views of Paros with its eternal companion, Antiparos.
The Luxury Cottage is independent from the Greek Villa and built using local stones. It has one comfortable bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom and a shaded veranda with sea views.
