Located in the heart of Pineto and recently renovated, Residenza D\'Annunzio boasts a central and well-served location, as well as being less than 50 meters from the beach of fine, golden sand. The coast is enriched by a marine pine forest about 4 kilometers long and walking on the shoreline, or under the shadow of the historic pine forest, in 15 minutes you are in front of the magical scenery of Torre di Cerrano, an ancient port now surrounded by green hills, centuries-old trees , white dunes and clear waters, and home to the \"Torre del Cerrano\" Marine Protected Area. Among the five available accommodations, the two-roomed apartment \"TALASSA\" is located on the first floor, with independent entrance and balcony. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes, as well as dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob.
