PROPERTY RULES

No smoking

No parties or events allowed

Groups under 30 years old are not admitted.

Pets are not allowed on the property

Respect the silence hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Prohibited to exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 9 guests (children included)

It is not allowed to leave garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without the right to a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection performed between stays.

Ecolab-certified cleaning products.

Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.
