A holiday directly on the sea! The peculiarity of this apartment is its direct access to the beach, crossing only the Pinetina Catucci that runs along the coast. The three-room INGO is on two levels, has an entrance on the second floor on the living area consisting of a living room with TV corner, which leads to the terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the time outdoors. In a separate room, on the other hand, there is the large kitchen, equipped with a modular unit that has dishes, dishes, gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher, on the same floor there is 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine and 1 bathroom with tub. The internal staircase leads to the upper floor, attic, where there is a hallway with wardrobe, the master double bedroom, overlooking the terrace overlooking the sea, a bedroom with two single beds also equipped with a terrace overlooking the sea and a small bedroom with a single bed with an additional pull-out bed. The apartment is within walking distance of the Pinetina Catucci and the fine sandy beach. To give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price.
