Thank you for your comments. They are most helpful. It is always good to get constructive feedback and we appreciate this. We will look at what sort of TV/radio we can get and also a handrail. I’d have to check the oven as we have used it previously but I’m sorry you were unable to use. Maybe we will add a pamphlet with instructions. Sorry about that. Finally, I will see what I can do to sort the bedroom door too. Thanks again for the feedback. You were great guests.

I’m very sorry that you found the flat not to your liking. I take on board your comments and will certainly replace the frying pan. Just to note on the lighting, there is a light switch that glows orange when dark as soon as you enter the building so should be easy to find and does light the staircase. Similarly, there is one outside the flat, that glows in the dark, so it shouldn’t be an issue finding the lock. Inside the flat too, there is lighting at the bottom of the stairs as well as in the main hallway. It is a 10-15 minute walk from wimbledon station but there is a bus that leaves wimbledon police station that drops you right outside and there is Haydons Road train station that is a 1 minute walk, negating the need to walk, unless of course you prefer to walk. Sorry again you found it not to your liking. I take on board your other comments and will see what we can do to improve them.
