The space
Natural light pours through the large south-facing window and illuminates the sleek living space – it’s the ideal spot for reclining with your morning coffee or catching up on work at the dining table. On balmy afternoons, lunch on the terrace and soothe tired muscles in the bubbling Jacuzzi. Step outside of your front door and you’ll find yourself surrounded by some of the city’s best bars, authentic East End pubs and world-class eateries. Check out exhibitions in the Autograph Gallery, a four-minute walk away, or take the fifteen-minute mosey to Brick Lane to fill up on street food before browsing the vintage shops.

The interior design of the place is world class and made by an awarded designer who used crisp, clean, reflective materials throughout and an an elegant double-height centrally located ‘island’ element incorporating stairs, wine rack, bathroom, and kitchen.

Views through a glazed floor will tempt you upstairs. Special glazing separates the kitchen from the bedroom, turning opaque at the flick of a switch to preserve privacy when needed. The south-facing window was enlarged to offer full-height views and let the light bounce through to the heart of the flat.

The team will also be on hand to provide information and assistance regarding any matter you may require help for.
Other things to note
- PLEASE BE AWARE - The property is currently up for sale, so there might be agents wanting to access the flat for viewings during your stay. We have asked that they give as much notice as possible in order to limit any disruption to your stay. Our sincerest apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Our rates are lower than normal in response to this.

- Please be aware that there is no lift up to the penthouse and that there are stairs inside the property as well.

- LONGER STAYS - For bookings 14 days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning session will be arranged for you. This service is necessary as we’ve found that it helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of longer bookings. Please get in touch with us before proceeding if you do not agree to this, as you may be required to pay an additional cleaning deposit that will be refunded to you after the check out inspection by our housekeeper.

- HOT TUB: Unwind and enjoy our hot tub at an additional cost of £500, the perfect way to relax after a long day. While we do our best to keep it in top condition, there may be occasional maintenance issues that could affect availability. If the hot tub is essential to your stay, feel free to check with us before booking.

Kindly note that we also ask our guests to be mindful of usage and may impose a limit on longer bookings. We appreciate your understanding.

- PURPOSE OF STAY - Please let us know the purpose of your stay when enquiring/booking.

- REVIEWS - If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.

- ID - In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, prior to arrival, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference and their passport/identity card/driving license. Above information may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 16; we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.

- MAIN BOOKER - Where the person making the booking is different to the guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for damages or house rules being broken.

- NUMBER OF GUESTS - Please check that you are booking for the correct number of guests staying. This information will be passed onto our housekeeper who will make sure that the beds are set up correctly with the correct amount of linen and towels for each person staying.

- EARLY CHECK-IN - We are happy to arrange a free early check-in after or around our check out time, as long as there are no guests checking-out on the day of your arrival. Subject to availability.

- A GUARANTEED EARLY CHECK-IN before check-out time can be arranged for an extra charge of 60% of the night rate. Subject to availability.

- LATE CHECK OUT - On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11AM. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge a late check out fee (60% of an additional night’s stay). Late check-outs can be requested in advance but are subject to availability and may be charged at 60% of the nightly rate.

Great location but some major challenges

The location is fantastic, and the living room set up etc of the place is just fine and as advertised. But there are aspects that were problematic. First, check in: the key box is hard to find and covered in dog urine. Really unpleasant. Second, the patio is unusable. It was filthy. Third, the kitchen is very impractical to use, and the smoke detector was way overly sensitive. And there were no wine glasses! Come on. Finally, and this was a bummer, the hot water heater went out and had to be reset, which was not easy to do.
