This lovely studio welcomes you with a cozy living room, consisting of the dining area, with a table for 2, and the TV area where you can relax after a day of sightseeing, with a comfortable sofa that opens into a double bed for the night. There is also a closet for storage. From here you have access to the balcony, furnished with table and chairs to enjoy the mild climate of Ticino: there is room for an aperitif in the open air, sipping a delicious wine of the region!

The kitchen is separate, small but equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.

The bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

The apartment has no private parking. It is possible to park in the public parking lots around the apartment building.
