The bedrooms consist of a double and a single, along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a front terrace with furniture. Roadside parking is readily available outside the property. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.3, a pub, and within 0.6, a beach. Smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A coastal break to look back on in years to come awaits at Ty Coed! Note: Due to age and character of the property, the stairs are quite steep and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
