The 250m2 wonderful Villa lies on 4 levels, has 6 bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate 14 guests.

On the Ground Level, there is a spacious living room with a large balcony offering mountain & sea views, a dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

On the First Level, there is a second living room with a private large balcony and two spacious bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a jacuzzi.

On the Upper Level, there is an attic room with a double bedroom, a bathroom and direct access to a private terrace.

On the Lower Level, there is the playroom area with ping pong and foosball, a wine cellar, an eight-seater hot tub (to be used at an extra cost upon request), and the 6th bedroom.
