As for the furniture, the air-conditioned living room is open to the dining room and the kitchen with a view of the terrace, the swimming pool and the ocean. It is furnished with a beige sofa with water green and brown cushions, a small red and grey armchair, a small oval wooden table, and a high definition flat screen television with Apple TV, SONOS sound system, Amazon Fire TV and Google Chromecast. The air-conditioned dining room open to the kitchen and the living room with ocean view has a dining area with a round wooden table seating four people. The air-conditioned kitchen open to the dining room and lounge provides two stools at the bar for breakfast and all the necessary equipment to prepare good food.

The Space:
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with ocean views and independent access to the terrace and swimming pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed with white and sky blue cushions, a walk-in wardrobe, a high definition flat screen TV and a shared en-suite bathroom (with the second bedroom), with double washbasin, Italian shower and hairdryer. The spacious sunny terrace is just a short walk from the living room and bedrooms. It consists of a teak table with six chairs, sun loungers, a small table, a sitting area with small armchairs and table and a lovely heated rectangular swimming pool (7m x 2.2m x 1.5m) with ocean views. Synthetic grass, gas barbecue and heat pump in season.

Tropical and lush environment. Views of the ocean, the Flemish Bay and the islands Chevreau, Frégate and Toc Vers. The entrance is completely independent from the Villa and the staircase starts from the parking lot and ends at the entrance.
