At a walk of about 10 minutes you can enjoy the Ruta de Los Patios Cordobeses with its pots full of colorful flowers.

It is very well located to visit the main places of interest and leisure areas of Córdoba.Please note: The water is heated by an electric thermos. This thermos has capacity for 2 consecutive showers of limited duration. I recommend that after a shower you wait a few minutes for the boiler to fill up again.Rules and Conditions:- First of all, enjoy Córdoba a lot.- The arrival time can be from 16:00 (check before booking, possibility of arriving earlier) - The departure time must be before 11:00 maximum.- Arrival after 20:00. Payment in cash of €10 for each hour that elapses in the delivery of keys. Arrivals are not accepted later than 1:00 am- Presentation of passports and/or National Identity Document through our application for the transmission of data to the National Police of Spain. Mandatory by Law.- Responsible use of electricity.- No smoking inside the apartment.- Do not leave the keys in the door lock from the inside. In the event that the keys are left on and we cannot enter, the urgent locksmith service will be charged (€150).- Loss of apartment keys. The amount of the copies of the same will be charged.- Lost objects. The company will not be responsible for forgotten objects in the apartment that are not found by our cleaning staff. Check well before leaving the apartment.- Respect rest schedules of neighbors. From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. Do not cause noise disturbance.- Pets are not allowed.- Parties or events are not allowed.
