The apartment is on the first floor. It has been freshly and fully renovated so it is and feels brand new! Wonderful materials and a simple yet modern interior will make you feel like being in a grand suite of an urban chic hotel! It has a stylish and comfortable bedroom and a beautiful bathroom with a rainfall shower. A spacious living room and an open plan design kitchen. It also has has natural gas which means hot water and heating anytime you like, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher. It heated by and independent natural gas boiler.
Koukaki is your neighbourhood if you want to be in a hip area filled with coffee shops, restaurants and bars, have the historical centre and other points of interest nearby and have easy access to any means of public transport.

Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a “friend to a stranger” and is synonymous to hospitality.
