Kinnoull is a superb spa lodge resting on the Silverwood Luxury Lodges site in Errol, Perth and Kinross and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower room, both have Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom with jacuzzi spa bath and heated towel rail, along with a shower room. Outside there is a garden with private decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking available in large on-site car park. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
