This lovely modern, newly built, luxury style holiday apartment is ideally located for family vacations, with easy access to the beach. This luxury apartment is located in El Alamillo, an area of Puerto de Mazarron and situated only 200 meters away from the sea and close-by to all amenities. It is only a short walk to bars, and restaurants and only 2 minutes walk to the beach.
The accommodation comprises:
tiled area to front of property with space for off road parking. Front door leads into the open plan living area, with fully equipped kitchen to one side and utility room to the other side and living room.
The kitchen has a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave,kettle, toaster, and coffee maker plus plenty of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans.
The open plan living room has a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people to one side, and a large comfortable sofa in front of the TV. The apartment also benefits from internet access, ideal for relaxing after a hard day at the beach.
From the living area, sliding doors lead to the terrace where you will find a pergola to offer shade and a dining table and chairs for eating outdoors and enjoying the views across the sea.
A hallway leads to a good sized family bathroom with shower. There are 2 bedrooms, one is a twin bed room and the other one a double master bedroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and storage space and air conditioning / heating.
The property has air conditioning throughout ( also with heating mode), with a system for the bedrooms and living area.
There is no communal pool. The communal pool will be closed in 2025 due to repairs and legal actions with builder. No pool...there is a plastic little pool that can be placed on the terrace downstairs for children...
Stairs will lead you to a large roof terrace with wonderful views across the sea. This upper solarium is furnished with nice quality furniture. There are 2 sun loungers, a table and chairs for 4 persons and a sofa area to relax and enjoy the sunshine. One part of the terrace has glazed windows, so you can lay down while watching the beautiful views of the sea.
Smoking outside on terrace only, pets not permitted in this property.
Guest registration in Spain is a mandatory requirement for all accommodation establishments. In this case, the Guest Registration Law implies that owners and managers of tourist accommodation must register their guests and send the information to the competent authorities. The new decree (ROYAL DECREE 933/2021) comes into force on December 2, 2024. A copy of the passport, ID card or DNI for each guest over 14 years old must be given to us at or before check-in, as we have to keep this information for each guest.
