Villa Hollywood is a unique holiday home with a rural setting in the village of Branqueira, yet just 10 minutes to golden sandy beaches and to the strip of Oura in Albufeira. Very spacious and made up of several units, villa Hollywood is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a tranquil Algarve holiday together, while having their own privacy.

The property consists of one main villa, a self-contained apartment upstairs, and 2 separate annexes, all sharing a fantastic outdoor space, private heatable pool and optional jacuzzi. Free Wi-Fi is available and all bedrooms on the property have air-conditioning.

The main residence is on the ground floor and has 4 bedrooms: 1 large bedroom with a double bed and 2 twin beds, 1 twin bedroom and 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), as well as 2 additional bathrooms.

The living area of the main house is open plan and very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, adjoining dining area with a large family-sized dining set and a bright and comfortable lounge area, leading out to the fantastic swimming pool via patio doors.

On the first floor is a self-contained apartment which has 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a lovely balcony. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living space, with a dining area and living room, opening onto a wonderful outdoor terrace where you can enjoy an al fresco meal or drinks with a view of the pool and garden.

The property also has 2 smaller annexes. One adjoins the main house and includes a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The other is separate from the main house, and has a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

All of these living spaces have separate entrances yet share the wonderful private swimming pool and optional jacuzzi (pool heating can also be added as an optional extra), set in the green lawned garden. With ample sun loungers on which to enjoy the gorgeous Algarve weather, the pool area also has a BBQ for summer grilling.

Branqueira is a quiet traditional Portuguese village with a mini market and a few restaurants and bars, close to the beautiful golden sand beach of Santa Eulalia, and the strip of Oura. Oura is famous for its nightlife with many clubs, bars and restaurants and is located between Branqueira and the old town of Albufeira. For golf-lovers, a 9-hole golf course is also available 2km from the villa.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
