With views across the roof tops to the spires of York Minster, this beautifully finished apartment is perfectly positioned for your stay in York. The bedroom has a fabulous super king bed for a comfortable nights sleep, should you wish it can also be split into a twin room. In addition to this there is also a fold out 'z' bed available in the property- this is only suitable for a child. The shower room next door is perfect for getting ready for a days exploring or an evening out "wining and dining". If you fancy a cosy night in, the living area is designed for comfort and relaxation. The fitted kitchen has everything that you need - a dining table and chairs complete the picture.

Everything you need in this apartment! Very spacious + beautifully finished. Handy for shops, bars and resturaunts. 15mins walk from train station. Spotless clean. Would return.

Great location

11 Bootham Row was a great location for a stay in York. All the historical and sites of interest were within walking distance. We were very pleased with the apartment, which was spacious, clean and stylish and had everything we needed, including a lovely comfortable bed. The ringing of the Minster bells on Sunday morning was fabulous and added to the atmosphere. Being up a side street, the location was quiet for a city location. York Stays was efficient and helpful. If we ever return to York we would definitely book this apartment again.

I just want to say Yes! Thank you. This was everything. The check-in/out ease, beautiful space, the comfort, cleanliness. This was everything. We really enjoyed our stay, it met all my expectations and I’m so glad we booked this. Also, customer service when booking was amazing. Excellent service. Thank you.

Lovely Apartment Centrally Located

Enjoyed a lovely few days stay at the apartment. It's very central with parking over the road, though this is expensive. With the windows open there was some noise but as you are in town this should be expected. Apartment was clean, everything you need included. Small Sainsburys up the road for essentials. Stays York sent check in details and called to make sure this was received OK. They also dropped fans round during our stay as the weather was so warm. I would stay there again and definitely recommend.

Great central apartment!

This is a great central apartment only a minutes walk from Bootham Bar and the Minster. The apartment is well furnished, modern and smart. Access was easy with keys in a lock box. I had no problems during the weeks stay, everything was great. Worth noting the apartment overlooks a public car park so if you want a nice location you may want to look at something else. Pros: modern, smart, great comfortable large bed, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, central Cons: no free parking, apartment overlooks public car park but it's not cheap and can be noisy on a weekend night / morning

Excellent in every way

Stayed for 3 months and would have stayed much longer if I still needed to be in the area. Very clean, exceptionally appointed and amazing views of the Minster. Very comfortable sofa and bed. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you may need. Not used them but there is a Murphy bed (not sure if functional) and a foldaway camping style bed. Close to everything. Loved it and would definitely go back if I’m in the area again. Thanks to stays York for a no fuss booking and customer service every time.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful

Hermoso y amplio departamento, bien equipado, ventilado y aislado. Cómodas camas y agradable estar, linda vista. Cocina muy bien equipada. Lavadora de ropa (sin secadora) impecable. Muy bien ubicado, con supermercado en la esquina.
