The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave and fridge and dining seating, a utility with washing machine, a sitting room with double sofa bed, Smart TV and dining seating. There is a double bedroom, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and sea-views, as well as roadside parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking at the property. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles there is a pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach. 50 Yardie is a welcoming abode, ideal for a coastal escape with much to see and do.

Regular boat tours depart from the harbours of Buckie and Macduff, offering the opportunity to observe bottlenose dolphins and a variety of sea birds. Spey Bay, to the west of town, is home to the Scottish Dolphin Centre and a great area to see dolphins and seals! The coastline, reaching in both ways from Buckie, is studded with charming fishing communities and magnificent beaches, ideal for a promenade while enjoying your fish and chips.
