Vista Roses Mar - Vent de Mar (3d) Luxury apartment in Roses, close to the beach with a seafront promenade that takes you to the city center. The apartment is new construction 2015. It has good quality wifi, TV satellite and community jacuzzi for the 7 apartments that contains the building. It also has air conditioning, heating, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, hairdryer and utensils. Possibility of bed for baby and high chair on request in advance :) The apartment can be either in the third or the fourth floor, depending on the calendar. It has three bedrooms: a suite with bath, one with double bed and the third with two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more persons. There is another full bathroom in the apartment. The area where the apartment is located is very quiet. It has the best part of the beach which is just a few steps from the apartment as it is wide and natural. You can enjoy a short walk that takes you to the center of roses without using the car.* There is an internal parking in the building to share with other guests. You should check the availability of space before entering. But normally there is no problem to find a free parking space near the building. ** Bed linen and shower towels are included, but we don't do changes during the stay. *** Check-in after 21h you will pay 25 € extra. * There is a tourist tax supplement (1€ per person per night) that is charged upon arrival.
