Ty Barcud is a lovely, semi-detached cottage resting in Llanfair Clydogau near Llanddewi-Brefi, Ceredigion. Hosting three bedrooms, including a ground-floor double, a double and a ground-floor twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, and a enclosed rear garden with furniture. Ty Barcud offers a quaint base to explore historic towns and landscapes of Wales. Note: This property can not accept children including Infants. Note: Electric vehicles at this property are not permitted to charged at the property. Please Note: BBQs are not permitted at this property. Please Note: Contractor bookings only accepted if prior approval has been given by the owners (please ask Sykes to contact owners ahead of placing any contractor bookings).

Off-road parking for 2 cars accessed via private tree-lined driveway. Enclosed private rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. No smoking/vaping indoors. Shop & pub 3.3 miles. Owned by dog lovers - we happily welcome up to two well-behaved small or medium-sized dogs, or one large dog. Sorry, but this property cannot accommodate giant breeds (over 45kg). For everyone's safety and comfort, we ask that all dogs are fully house-trained and socialised, and that they are insured and receive regular flea treatments. Enjoy the spacious 3-acre enclosed field with short-mown grass - perfect for your dog's exercise, training and playtime! The exercise field is a shared space with the owner's two friendly dogs, and their other holiday cottage. We do not accept XL Bullys, or any dogs or cross-breeds mixed with dogs banned in the UK under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. Note: Eaves in first-floor bedroom have limited headroom over the beds - (max. 6' 3" at apex), Guests are welcome to use this bedroom, on the understanding that this room has a low ceiling towards the eaves. Note: The stairs are curved and narrower than a conventional staircase, with a width of 55cm; therefore, they may not be suitable for larger or less mobile persons. Note: This property cannot accept children, including infants (adults only 18+ please). Note: There are currently no facilities for charging electric vehicles at this property and it is not permitted to charge from the property itself - If you require this facility you would need to locate a local service for this.
