SOHO 2 bedrooms apt NEXT TO THE BEACH

Bright and spacious 90 m2 apartment located in Soho, Malaga center. Very close to Calle Larios and Muelle Uno. The property has been completely renovated and equipped with all the comforts. The property where it is located live very quiet people, who take care of the property and where you can enjoy without noise.
The apartment is fully equipped with central air conditioning, kitchen open to the living room with oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave ... and all the utensils you may need during your stay.

The living room is composed of a large dining table with capacity for 4 people and an area to relax with a sofa, armchairs and TV. Next, the balcony where you can enjoy the views of the port.

Both bedrooms have double beds and an en-suite bathroom, also plenty of storage space thanks to the built-in wardrobes.

The property is super quiet as it is located on one of the highest floors of the building and the windows are double glazed.

You will find many local favorites nearby, such as Calle Alcazaba Marqués de Larios, Muelle Uno. El Corte Inglés is a 5-minute walk away.

In case of booking for a month or more, the cost of electricity is charged separately from the rate you pay at the time of booking. We collect a deposit of 150 euros by bank transfer. to be reimburse at the time of check-out. If your reservation is for a month or more during June, July and/or August, we collect a security deposit of 200 Euros.
The €500 deposit must be paid 3 days before the check-in date and it’s returned 3 days after the check-out date.
We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book must be 25 yo.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deapartur, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
