The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table and a large sofa and TV. The double bedroom features wooden decor night tables and a wardrobe with a chest of drawers to match, along with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom features a bath for ultimate relaxation as well as a shower, and complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. There is also high speed broadband throughout the apartment.



There is a communal roof terrace in the building that you can access during your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the entire property.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.



Getting Around:

Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.



Other Things to Note:

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.

For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.



For security reasons:

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
