Many city-centre spots are walkable, with bus routes running from the road outside. Birmingham New Street Station is a short bus/taxi ride away or a 10–15 minute walk. The coach station is 2 minutes away.

- Check-in time must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance to arrange check-in.

- If you’re delayed by more than 1 hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10 per hour applies (in addition to any late check-in fee).



Late check-in fees:

- Check-ins 22:00–00:00: £50

- Check-ins 00:00–07:00: £75



- For security reasons, you may be asked to upload a profile photo if you don’t already have one.
