Excellent accommodation

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. You can go shopping, walk to the city center and to the beatiful beach on foot. There is a parking space on the property. From the roof terrace you have a very good view in all diretions view

Nice host

The property was nice. Clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen is stocked well with pots.pans. etc, but there is no oven. There were no wine glasses, but I did leave one. The host provided oil,vinegar , salt,pepper, coffee, sugar, and paper towels which was great. The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient. The rooftop dining was the best part of the apartment. It is best suited for 2 people. San Vito was more of a beach town than we anticipated. Plenty of restaurants and shops, but not much else for us. Biggest drawback was no wifi which was a big problem for us. We wanted to relocate after a few days, but refund policy was strict. An oversight on our part. Host was super friendly and helpful and left us wine and cookies.

Mi dispiace, avevamo dato tutte le motivazioni necessarie riguardo le il regolamento dell'appartamento, si dovrebbe leggere prima di prenotare, è la prima volta che mi capita. Sono stato contento di avervi avuti come ospiti.

La nostra esperienza si è rivelata positiva per tanti motivi - dimensioni adeguate per una famiglia di tre persone - l’ampia terrazza con le sdraio, i tavoli e il barbecue di fatto regalano un ampio spazio in aggiunta - la giusta distanza dal centro (comunque raggiungibile in 10 minuti scarsi a piedi) ha reso il soggiorno tranquillo e lontano da schiamazzi o rumori molesti- la casa è dotata praticamente di tutto ( phon, lavatrice, tostapane, ferro da stiro, stendibiancherie, sedie da spiaggia, etc…) - la vicinanza a supermercato, panificio, pescheria e rosticceria ci ha permesso di provvedere a diverse necessità senza troppa fatica e sempre a piedi. Un grazie a Monica e Roberto per averci accolto e fatto sentire a casa.

Alloggio perfetto,casa vicinissima alla strada principale, al lungomare e ai servizi di prima necessità. Monica gentilissima, super accogliente e ci ha offerto tutti i comfort di cui potevamo avere bisogno. La terrazza è stata una vera chicca.

Soggiorno stupendo

Ci ha accolto Monica, moglie del proprietario, ed è stato subito come sentirsi a casa. La struttura è vicinissima al centro e con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge la spiaggia. Tutti i servizi , pasticceria, pescheria e supermercato sono nelle vie vicine. La casa era pulitissima, fresca e dotata di ogni confort. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la terrazza per le nostre cene. Tutto fantastico

Vacanza fantastica!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 nell'appartamento per 10 giorni ad agosto. I proprietari, molto gentili e disponibili per il check-in, ci hanno accolto con una gradita bottiglia d'acqua fresca. In  frigo anche una bottiglia di vino bianco. L'appartamento,fresco e pulito, è dotato di ogni confort, finanche l'aspirapolvere. A disposizione anche ombrellone e stuoie per la spiaggia. Il punto forte è la grande terrazza con doccia, poltroncine,sdraio, barbecue che purtroppo non abbiamo sfruttato abbastanza perché sempre in giro alla scoperta del meraviglioso territorio siciliano. A due passi dal centro storico e in ottima posizione per girare le bellissime calette della zona. Ci torneremmo volentieri se ci trovassimo in zona.

Bellezza e cortesia
