Pool Villa with Stunning Views

Villa No Regrets is located in the beautiful, tranquil area of Katsarou. A five minute drive from Skiathos Town and two minutes drive to Vasilias and Achladies beaches.

The villa offers complete privacy, private, on site parking and enjoys panoramic, uninterrupted views of the Aegean and local/neighbouring islands.
Consisting of three floors, the third floor provides two bedrooms – one containing a Queen size bed and the other, two king single beds. Both bedrooms access a generous, covered balcony. A bathroom with toilet is also located on this floor.

The second floor contains a modern, well-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area. Free Wi Fi internet access and Pay TV providing sports and a variety of viewing channels are also available.

The first floor houses the Master bedroom with queen size bed, walk in robe, sitting area and large, modern, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, bath, toilet and double vanity. This room enjoys panoramic views and direct access to the private pool and outdoor living area.

All bedrooms and living areas offer air-conditioning and stunning views.

The outdoor living area provides a traditional wood-fired BBQ (also gas BBQ), pizza oven, and stylish pool bar.
A toilet and combined kitchen/laundry are also located on this level for Guest convenience.

A fantastic place even way better than shown on the photos. Very well equipped you won’t miss anything. Lovely hosts, they do everything to make your stay unforgettably. We had a perfect holiday which could not have been better and we can highly recommend both the villa and the hosts.

A lovely villa and perfect sized pool. Beautiful views.The hosts were so helpful and welcoming.A car is needed as the villa is a little way up in the hills but that is why it is so peaceful.we also used taxis to some of the local tavernas.We have been to a number of VRBO villas and this was by far the best

Beautiful fully equipped villa with the nicest and most helpful hosts. The views are breathtaking and the sunrises opposite the villa are awe inspiring. It is set at the top of a very steep hillside and we would recommend a car unless you’re very fit! The outdoor spaces are brilliant with lots of lying or seating options in sun or shade and the pool bar a fabulous addition. The pool is large and kept spotlessly clean. Indoors has everything you need and is well laid out. Indoor stairs are steep as the villa nestles against the hillside but rooms are large and again, provide a range of seating options and spaces which was perfect for our group of five adults. Huge thanks to Jack and Liz for making this beautiful villa available.

Villa No Regrets

A fantastic Villa which gave us everything we were looking for. The panoramic view towards Skiathos town and Skopelos was one of the best we’ve had over the 20 years we’ve been visiting Skiathos. The hosts, Jack and Liz, were lovely and so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The Villa had everything we needed with a great pool, BBQ and outdoor dining area and even a bar which was great for dinner parties. A great holiday and we’ll definitely be back !!

Amazing villa.

Wow, what an incredibly idyllic villa. It’s even nicer than the photos portray. Jack and Liz were incredible hosts. We couldn’t fault a thing. The villa itself was kitted out with everything you might need and more. The views were spectacular. The pool area was superb and we all loved the bar area for our pre (and post) dinner drinks. We needed a car but it was a bonus as we got to explore more of the island. Jack and Liz were so helpful in letting us know where to go - good beaches and restaurants etc. it was a perfect holiday. We can’t wait to go back.

No regrets booking this villa

This home is amazing!!!The views are incredible and can be enjoyed on every level of this home. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool with the pool bar. We also enjoyed our evenings in a sunroom playing cards. The master bedroom is spacious and open. It does include a shade cover over the windows so it isn’t too bright in the morning. The upstairs bedrooms connect to a balcony where our friends enjoyed there morning coffee. The owners of the property Liz and Jack are so kind, courteous and helpful. They gave us great restaurant recommendations, helped with transfer to and from airport and had wine and beer in the fridge upon arrival. They went above and beyond for us making our stay so much better! I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!!

Traumhafte Villa mit unglaublicher Aussicht

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub in der Villa no regrets. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Man benötigt definitiv einen Mietwagen und die Anfahrt ist etwas holprig, doch man wird mit viel Ruhe und dieser einmaligen Lage belohnt. Das Haus ist sauber, toll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Eigentümer Jack und Liz sind australische Auswanderer die sich hier ein wunderbares Refugium geschaffen haben. Sie sind extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Skiathos kommen werden wir wieder bei Jack und Liz die Villa mieten.
