Games room. Gas central heating with partial underfloor heating. Twin ovens, electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, slow cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. TV (Freeview), DVD, WiFi, books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. (no beach towels). Stairgate, travel cot and highchair on request. Two well‑behaved dogs welcome. Free roadside parking (first‑come), plus nearby free car park. No smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 1 mile. Sleeps 7 but has one bathroom. Please note that for the weeks 20th June, 8th August, 29th August and 24th October the property can only accept bookings of a week's duration, shorter bookings regrettably cannot be accommodated. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short drive away, whilst the unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast.
