Upstairs the three bedrooms (two king-size and two 2' 6 singles, the latter of which can be made up as a king-size bed on request) are thoughtfully furnished. The master bedroom has a large decked south facing sun terrace. Outside there is private off road car parking for one car and two enclosed furnished courtyards, which is ideal for small children and your furry friends.

Docking is a pretty village with excellent local amenities, and makes for a great base for those of you who would like to get out and about exploring coastal and rural Norfolk. You're not far from fabulous beaches (Brancaster, Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea), nature reserves (RSPB Titchewell, Snettisham and NWT Holme Dunes) and country houses (both Sandringham Estate and Houghton Hall). Enjoy miles of lovely quiet walks including on Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coastal path. If you are a foodie and eating out is your favourite thing, you are truly spoilt for choice with so many quality restaurants and delis, both on the coast and inland too, including the award-winning Duck Inn at Stanhoe just a short four minute drive away.
