Beautiful Seafront Home with Amazing Views!

The Seashells is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on the seafront at Littlestone, Kent. It is set over 4 floors to maximise the views, with 3 sea facing balconies to relax and unwind.

On the ground floor there is a large modern, well equipped kitchen, with an America fridge freezer, dishwasher, two ovens, a Nespresso coffee machine and a wine fridge. There is seating for 8 around the kitchen table and an island with 4 stools for more casual dining. The room also has a smart TV, some comfy sofas and balcony to enjoy your morning coffee.

The first floor has two bedrooms, bedroom 1 with a superking bed an ensuite shower room and a balcony overlooking the sea. Bedroom 2 has a superking bed that can be split into two singles an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The top floor has a cosy lounge with a fireplace, comfy sofas and a balcony with extensive views over the sea towards France. Bedroom 3 is also on this floor with a superking bed that can be split into two singles if required and a large bathroom with bath and separate shower.

On the lower ground floor there is a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a modern, spacious bathroom with a shower. Entrance to the garage is also on this floor where there is a washing machine, tumble drier as well as a full size table tennis table and darts board for rainy days.

Really great place and host

The place was perfect, everything you could have needed including toys for the little one, board games, an amazingly stocked kitchen! The host was lovely too and incredibly responsive - we would definitely stay here again, hopefully we’ll pick a weekend with better weather next time so we can make better use of the balconies with sea views!

Wonderful relaxing stay

The photos just dont do this property justice. It is a truly amazing house with everything you could ask for. We loved the darts and table tennis and the space and balconies in the house were fantastic. Great for a short trip by the sea with brilliant views and a great golf course next door which my son and husbamd thoroughly enjoyed!

Short family get away. House is amazing, large rooms and high spec. Plenty of room for 8 people. Daughters didn’t want to leave and granddaughter called it a fancy house! Highly recommend and would love to come back.

Booked for four couples in our 50’s. Jane is a great host, always replying very quickly to any questions. Fantastic House

Lovely new town house, right on the beach. All the equipment and home comforts you could need. Every room had a bathroom and the beds were comfortable. Lovely touches like a coffee machine, games, bbq and a welcome basket of Kentish goodies. It’s a short drive to Dymchurch, Hythe and New Romsey.

Fantastic seaside escape

A fantastic house, suitable for all the family. Some toys are available for the kids to play with, along with beach toys and chairs. Well equipped with all you need and beautifully presented, with a number of balconies to enjoy that sea view! A very comprehensive folder full of all the instructions on how to work everything along with some great restaurants/take away recommendations . Couldn't have asked for a nicer place for a family holiday.

Beautiful Property

We think ourselves so lucky to have found this property. We are a three generation family, including two, one year olds who were getting together for a family celebration. The property was perfect, so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Being so close to the beach with such a gorgeous view was an added bonus. Great also for being near New Romney with its many restaurants. Jane was a perfect host, she was so quick and helpful to reply to any of our queries and made sure everything was in place for our long weekend. Would thoroughly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Seashells and wow what a stunning property it is!! The location of the property was just a few steps away from the beach and waking up to the sea views was breathtaking. The property was impeccably clean with high end spec throughout, light, airy and spacious, we wanted for nothing!! We loved our stay that much that we’re already seeking to book again. Beautiful home with stunning sea views

A couple other reviews have said it — the photos on this listing do not do this house justice! Massive kitchen with every appliance and tool you can think of, and a little living space there, then four huge bedrooms, and the top floor has another cozy living space next to the balcony that’s large enough for 4 to sit and enjoy the view directly out to sea. All very comfortable and well-appointed, including throw blankets for the sofas (though the house was the perfect temperature). WiFi strong, parking easy. Host very communicative and helpful. We loved our winter weekend by the sea!

the most perfect home for New Years

This is an Amazing property. One of the best I have stayed at in the UK. The pictures do not do it justice. Well equipped, beautifully decorated, spacious with lots of rooms for different moments. ensuites and/or bathrooms for every room. Incredibly comfortable beds. Everything is above and beyond. Well stocked kitchen. Great location. Secure space for parking too. Great communications from the time of booking til the end. Lovely welcome basket too. I cannot say enough about this beautiful home and so lovely to spend New Years there with my family. One of our most favourite weekends together and a perfect setting bringing us all together too. Will be back.

A great stay at a stunning property.

Fantastic property, equipped with all you need. Large rooms, very comfortable beds and sofas. /Two chill out lounges, one with the kitchen for the big family gathering and one for super chill out. Most bathrooms enjoy both bath and seperate shower. Plenty of storage space. Very well equipped kitchen. Good information on surrounding area and amenities in information folder. Nice big house, very clean. Great for a large group nof people. Facilities all very good. .

I would recommend this property for a short stay off season, but would make a great base in the summer.

Hi, thank you for considering The Seashells for your holiday. We bought this house after many happy years of holidaying with our family and friends in this area and partially in response to Covid - we missed being by the sea during lockdown.

Littlestone is a largely unspoilt area of the Kent coast, with pebble beaches alongside large swathes of sand giving way to grassy dunes at Greatstone. We love walking the dog along the coastal path, even on a stormy day I find the sea mesmerising. Being so close to the sea is amazing and the bay is good for paddleboarding and kayaking. We also enjoy golf and the links course at Littlestone is just behind the house, with its sister course, The Warren (public course) next door. Most of all we love spending time with our family and friends here. So many lovely places to visit and to eat and drink, but mostly to relax and enjoy the sea!

The Seashells lends itself well to larger groups. We quite often spend time here with our extended family and there is lots of space to spread out, with all the bedrooms being a good size and each having its own bathroom. The top floor is great as it has a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and little kitchenette as well as a great balcony, so it's perfect for grandparents who might want a bit of space!

The house is set over 4 floors which means it has 3 sea facing balconies. All have seating and are fantastic places to relax with a cuppa or a glass of wine! We also have outdoor space at the back of the house which is very sunny in the afternoon and is idea for a BBQ. The garage is huge and has space for storing bikes, paddleboards etc. We have a table tennis table and a dart board for rainy days or evening competitions!
