Stylish 110 sqm garden apartment in North-West London
This 110 m2 apartment is on the garden level of an attractive Victorian house. It was modernised to a high specification. AVAILABLE FOR MINIMUM 90 DAY RENTALS.
It comprises 2 good-size double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, as well as a large study. The main bedroom has a super-king bed and looks onto the terrace. The modern 225 sq ft kitchen includes a separate dining area with seating for 8. The spacious living room has full-width sliding folding doors which open onto the south-facing garden terrace.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard with good quality furniture - B&B Italia, Cassina, Habitat, Natuzzi. It has wifi, gas-fired heating and hot water. It also has garden furniture and barbecue.
You enter this split-level apartment from the ground floor of the building. On entry, there is a short windowed passage containing a cupboard for coats, shoes etc. At the end of the passage, to your left is the door to a bright, high-ceilinged bedroom, which contains an enormous bay window, two full-size single beds (which can be combined), bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and an armchair.
Returning to the short entrance passage, straight ahead is a half staircase (with glass bannister) leading down to the modern, fully-equipped kitchen/diner, which is fitted with stylish white gloss cabinets and a silestone work surface, as well as a black slate floor. The appliances are all good quality and include a large Liebherr fridge, a dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave, a ceramic hob, a large and small sink and a built in flat-screen TV.
When you enter the kitchen, a couple of steps lead down to the right to the open-plan dining area, which contains a large extendable dining table, 4 beautiful chairs and a 10ft L-shaped solid walnut bench seat. Beyond the dining area is another bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has a 150cm wide double bed with storage underneath and a stylish Italian chest of drawers mounted on the wall. The ensuite bathroom is tiled to ceiling level with grey slate and is fitted with a walk-in Grohe shower with 15cm shower head, as well as a basin and toilet. Leading off this bedroom is the cellar, which contains a washing machine and a dryer.
Returning to the kitchen, to your right is the entrance to the large living room. As you enter the living room, at the far end you will see the 3-metre wide sliding-folding doors and the south-facing terrace and gardens beyond. The living room is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout with modern Italian furniture. Facing the sofa and three armchairs is a built-in, ceiling-height glass and wood cabinet containing 42' flat screen TV.
Returning to the kitchen, to your right is a short passage which leads to the family bathroom and the main bedroom. The modern family bathroom is tiled to ceiling level with black ceramic tiles and, in places, with travertine tiles. The large walk-in shower has a Grohe mixer and 15cm shower head, as well as a 1m glass shower screen. Separate from the shower, underneath the window, is a large Kaldewei bath. The bathroom also includes a toilet and a large basin.

The 30 x 15 ft slate terrace contains a stylish table surrounded on one side by a bench built into the flowerbed. There are 4 further chairs. Beyond the terrace can be seen the beautiful neighbouring gardens. The exit from the terrace leads back up the side of the house past the kitchen and on to the street, via a closed gate.
