The separate dining area with an oval table can seat up to 4 guests. The stylish living room has a large sofa which can be turned into a double bed, a bright yellow coffee table and a flat screen TV. The glass door leads to the terrace.



BEDROOMS & BATHROOM:

Each of the two splendid bedrooms has a double bed and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms also has a dedicated workplace and a small balcony with a beautiful view. There is a shower in the spacious blue-and-white bathroom. Bathroom essentials, linen and towels are provided.

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

Welcome to charming Chiavari! The town attracts local and international visitors with its ancient history which goes to pre-Roman era, marvellous architecture and breathtaking views of the Ligurian Sea. The apartment is located near the centre of the town, within walking distance from the famous 15th century church Sanctuary of Our Lady of Montallegro and the medieval Chiavari Castle. The beach is less than a 20-minute walk away and so is the train station. There are multiple shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity.



ALTIDO’s place is located in Chiavari just an hour drive away from Genoa and a 3 hour drive away from Milan.



The property is just a 5-minute drive away from the highway.
