This one-bedroom apartment is located on a quiet street in the city center just a few minutes on foot from the main tourist places: Calle Larios and Plaza de la Merced.

You will have a separate bedroom, a spacious living room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a big bed and a sofa bed in the living room that allows us to welcome up to 4 guests.

If you are looking for a central but not noisy accommodation, this would be a comfortable place to stay for a few days or even weeks.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a microwave, electric stove, cutting boards, a set of sharp knives, plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils, glasses/plates.

You will have the entire apartment and a rooftop terrace at your disposal.

- Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 00:00. In the case of check-in after midnight, we will send you the directions to pick up the keys.

- Please, do not make noise after 23:00 and do not smoke in the apartment.

- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
