Top-maintained new complex/new flat
The Costa del Sol is the Costa del Sol. If you like very crowded buildings (some of them planned with questionable logic) and a four-lane motorway, you will have no problems with the region as a whole. We are quite spoiled here by many years of St. Tropez. BUT: The new and modern apartment complex in the middle of a golf course makes you completely forget the building sins and the motorway. The noise from the road is barely perceptible and not disturbing. The flat corresponds to the pictures and is a cooling haven in hot weather thanks to the air conditioning. The modern furnishings leave almost nothing to be desired. The kitchen has almost everything you need to prepare food. Larger pots and pans and some bowls would be good. The cutlery/dishes should be uniform for the price. The coffee maker mentioned in the description is a coffee maker. For the price segment, a fully automatic machine or a high-quality capsule machine would be a plus. Those who only drink tea do not have this point of criticism. The sea view from the terrace is beautiful. The owner had two electric awnings installed for the terrace during our stay. This is definitely a big plus point, because when it was sunny, it was almost unbearable to stay on the terrace during the day. The pool, the communal house and the air-conditioned gym (treadmills, bikes, cross trainer, weight machine, weights and TV) are TOP. So we actually did sports every day. Because of our longer stay (3 weeks), a cleaner came every Friday. The beds are extremely hard. If you have the same at home, it doesn't bother you. Others, however, wake up every morning with back pain. The communication with the agency that manages the property was mega-perfect. Conclusion: Can we recommend the flat for a stay? Yes. Will we travel to the Costa del Sol again? No.
