As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a bright & airy property.
The bedroom has been beautifully designed with large fitted wardrobes and an elegant dressing table.
The king-size bed is made up of hotel quality linen and can be set up as a twin on request.
32” Smart TV mounted between two windows, dressed with privacy and blackout blinds to ensure a quality night's sleep.
The bathroom has been newly renovated, with a shower over the bath, and we provide luxury, white towels and fragrant hand and body wash to use during your stay.
The kitchen has also been renovated and is superbly equipped for cooking, baking and everything you need for your self-catering stay.
Moving into the open plan living - diner, the walls are adorned with artwork from a local artist - Elliot Harrison. Capturing some of what York has to offer.
There’s a large and comfortable corner sofa and 50” Smart TV, to enjoy and relax after a busy day of sightseeing around York.
You will also find a cabinet brimming with every glass you could wish for, from gin to wine to cocktail to dress the marble, 4 seater table, ready for entertaining!
The ground floor apartment is part of The Old fruit warehouse, which comprises 4 apartments located just off Monkgate and just a 7-minute walk from the York Minster. With the added benefit of free, allocated parking - a rare find in York.
