Stunning stylish architect-designed rooftop/penthouse apartment has been completely remodelled and recently redecorated (2023). With a 60-metre roof terrace, this 1-bed apartment sleeps 2 and seats 8 for formal/casual dining; the perfect space to host family & friends.
Set on Nordau Boulevard, the apartment is a few minutes walk to Dizengoff, Yarkon River and the cafe scene around Basel St. The beach is just 10 minutes walk and the trendy restaurants & shops at the Old Port are a short stroll.
The apartment has been tastefully designed with all conveniences included. Set on the 4th floor looking over Tel Aviv's leafy Nordau Boulevard, the living room with it's open planned kitchen blends seamlessly with the enormous roof terrace which includes a decked seating area, dining table for up to 8, a gas-fired built-in BBQ with an additional outside kitchen and a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
You can soak up the sun on the roof terrace or open the canopy to enjoy the deck and dining table in the shade. Want to maintain your fitness programme? We have a set of resistance bands for your use and the deck area is the perfect location for an early morning stretch & workout.
Cook a meal for yourself or invite your friends & family. The kitchen has everything you need; a built-in oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, liquidiser, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of cookware, crockery and cutlery to entertain. No need to buy water in disposable plastic bottles - the apartment has it's own filtering system with drinking water available from the kitchen tap. Solar energy provides our hot water.
Double doors from the living room lead into the bedroom which also has patio doors connecting with the roof terrace. The queen sized bed is a comfortable 160cm wide with a medium/firm mattress. There's plenty of built-in storage in the bedroom so you can fully unpack and put your suitcases away.
If you need to work, we have a dedicated workspace overlooking the terrace with a height adjustable laptop table that's portable so you can move it to the decking if you'd like to work 'al fresco'!
The included optical broadband internet service provides a download speed of 300Mps and wifi is available throughout the property.
With the LG 50" Smart TV, you can stream your own content, use our Netflix account or watch cable TV (Partner package). The Sonos sound system enables you to stream music to the living room and outside deck speakers.
With triple aspect windows and patio doors, the apartment enjoys a wonderful sea breeze for much of the time. The living room and bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans and there are 2 wall-mounted fans outside. The apartment also has aircon for the summer and heating for the winter.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and the building has a lift.
There's a shelter in the basement of the building.
Check-in is from 3pm, and checkout is by 10am.
