Two cars can be easily parked directly in front of this secluded townhouse on its private driveway. You then enter into a welcoming hallway, decorated with a lovely wooden chest, key hooks and padded seat. Ahead is a useful boot room with a washing machine, separate tumble dryer and plenty of hanging and storage space. On this level is a spacious ground floor 4'6 double bedroom with its own ensuite shower room and kitchenette, with kettle for those who enjoy tea in bed. The room also benefits from a wall hanging, smart TV and underfloor heating.

On the first floor the delightful front facing drawing room has beautiful views onto the square. There is a large smart TV, including Sky, two comfortable sofas, leather foot stool, plenty of lights, storage and a book shelf filled with books to curl up with.
