We had a warm welcome from Tim, the host, who shared lots of local information.Room exactly as described a good sized, clean shower room. All very comfortable and exactly what we needed.

Quiet and comfy, superb host

The room was clean, comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was very friendly and informative, even helped with our bags when we arrived, and offered suggestions for places to visit that were inline with our interests. The Caerphilly Castle could not have been closer. This was a very, very nice stay and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay

Rick and tim were wonderful host. Their place was clean and comfortable. They were very friendly and helpful to get us on our way. Only thing we needed was a TV. They had snacks and drinks for us. Will go back ifever in Wales again.

Amazing location / Clean and well equipped property

A great quiet location with lovely views. A very well equipped property. Everything clean, tidy and well maintained. Lots of small details to make the guests feel at home. Biscuits, hot and cold drinks, sweets, even the bathroom had extra supplies that I wasn't expecting to find! Oh, and friendly hosts too. Highly recommended.

Perfect retreat

We were welcomed by Tim on our arrival; he was very friendly and helpful in suggesting places to eat and visit nearby. Our stay in Caerphilly was also perfect for visiting Cardiff. There are 2 train stations within walking distance of the annex with a frequent service into Cardiff. The annex was very well thought out. Thank you for the extra little touches. We would certainly like to stay again.

Hospitable and Cozy in a Great Location

Our host was amazing, he was so attentive and friendly and gave the best recommendations. Whenever we had a request or question he got back to us quickly. The space itself was cozy and gave us the ability to spread out and be comfortable on our trip. There was so much thought put into the space, so many treats and we felt extremely cared for in our time in Wales. We would love to return because of how well we were looked after. Stayed one night to watch a concert

Cute annex, fully equipped for 2 people. Lovely location. Train station and shops/restaurants close by. Hosts were very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. Suggested areas of interest we may like to visit during our stay too.
