Living room, furnished with a luxury sofa, armchairs and a smart TV with bi-folding doors leading to courtyard
Dining area with large dining table and bench with enough seating for up to 10 people

Second king-size bedroom with zip and link bed so can be made up as a twin along with bedside tables, storage cupboard, dressing table, mirror, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, wash basin and WC
Third king-size bedroom with bedside tables, dressing table, mirror, chest of drawers, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC

Outside:
Private, enclosed, brick courtyard with two sets of garden furniture, one which seats 12 around a huge table with benches and a parasol and the other that seats 4
Large American 6-8 man hot tub with integrated lights and music and a gazebo over the top of it during the winter months

Please note this property does have a high chair, travel cot and a stair gate.

- Camper vans and caravans are always welcome.

- Long term stays are always acceptable.

Please note that there is a second holiday cottage next door called Geoff's Rest which is a one bed, luxury coach house flat also with it's own private hot tub which is available to book through Air Manage Suffolk too.

Please note this property does have a high chair, travel cot and a stair gate.
