With a maximum capacity for 6 people, this space offers the perfect balance between comfort and convenience. Composed of two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, in order to ensure peaceful nights of sleep for all guests. Additionally, the living room is also equipped with a double sofa bed, providing additional accommodation space.



The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, while the dining room offers a welcoming environment to enjoy them with family or friends. To refresh yourself on hot summer days, guests have access to the shared swimming pool, where they can relax and unwind.

In addition, the accommodation has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, ensuring a comfortable environment in all areas and a bathroom with a shower. For your convenience, we also offer a garage parking space.



The location of this accommodation is truly privileged, situated just 1.1km from the stunning Oura Beach and 900m from the equally charming Germans Beach. Additionally, you will find the famous Oura Street just 450m away, full of entertainment, restaurants and bars.
