The Space:

A villa with private pool, only 150m from the sandy beach, combining luxury and attention to detail, will offer you unique vacations.

The villa is localed on the first floor. It features an open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with large, comfortable sofas.

The property also has three spacious sleeping areas equipped with Air-Condition units for moments of relxation!

The first bedroom with a king-sized double bed and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also gives you access to a spacious veranda! There are two more bright bedrooms, with a double bed each and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities needed for your comfortable stay! All bedrooms offer great views to the endless blue and a breezy atmosphere which will make your holiday indelible! There is also a modern-designed bathroom!

The large balconies of the property are the ideal corner to enjoy the panoramic views to the endless blue of the Ionian! On the big private veranda of the property, you will experience moments of relaxation and seclusion.

The swimming pool will be your favourite spot of this villa as it will offer you moments of relaxation! By the modern designed pool, you will enjoy the sun while having your favourite drink. There are also sun beds near the outdoor pool, which will make your sunny moments at the swimming pool more relaxing.

At the outdoor dining table, you can enjoy home cooked meals made with local products on the big BBQ.

A playpen is also available upon request!

In a close distance will find a super market for your daily groceries, atm, gas station, as well as car rentals and water sports. The area offers a lot of restaurants where you will taste traditional local dishes.

The house is ideally located for exploring Navarino, an ideal destination for those wishing to combine a relaxing and refreshing holiday with a multi-activity area and a vivid nightlife.

You can reach the house either by airport which is 60 km away, either by car. The city of Kiparissia is only 2.5km away and the city of Kalamata 60km away!

The location of the property is an ideal starting point for exploring the wonderful beaches. The area offers a wide variety of beaches, organized or secluded, which cover every taste.
