The apartment has a beautifully decorated sleeping area, which includes a cosy double bed, an armchair, and a support desk.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

Guests will have access to a shared kitchen and living room, perfect for cooking and relaxing together.

There is no elevator in the building.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Picaria street was the first large way to be built out of the walls of the city. At the top of the street you can find the Divine Heart of chapel, in neo-gothic style, that dates back to 1878.“Blacksmiths’ street”, as some people call i, known for its hardware stores. From chains to faucets, from plugs to hand tools, from keys to plumbing supplies, you’ll find it all. But new life is being brought to this street, with new stores, design and vintage ones, tattoo shops and coffee shops. Very close to the City Hall and Praça da República.

This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of two major metro stations. Aliados station is just a 5-minute walk away, while Trindade station is an 8-minute walk from the property. This makes it easy for guests to explore the city and access various attractions and amenities.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
