Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely home (50 sqm) is close to various top attractions in Porto, such as Jardins do Palácio de Cristal and Casa da Música! The metro station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.
 
This house is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Featuring a large sofa and a dining table big enough to accommodate six people.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal, including a microwave. The house also comes with an ironing equipment, should you need it.
 
The three bedrooms feature a mix of double and single beds, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
 
The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, such as shampoo and a hairdryer. Fresh towels will also be provided for your convenience.
 
There’s also a private balcony sunroom with seating areas where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning views.
 
The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
