Excellent property, helpfull owner. Very nicely designed, clean.

Everything was great! He was always available when we had question, very friendly. The flat was clean, decorated in nice way. We had all the things what can help us to enjoy our stay.

Lovely Stay

Lovely stay in the apartment, clean and tidy the beds were really comfortable. The owner’s were so welcoming and easy to get on with such a laugh we had an amazing time would definitely recommend this apartment for any holiday stay you got the beach 5 minutes down the road and local shops near by and beautiful views for walks and bike rides. Thank You again for having us will see you soon. 😁 10/10 100% Recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It is so close to the beach and other amenities. Jon was a wonderful host who greeted us and facilitated all necessary information. Absolutely delighted about the whole experience

Perfect

This is an excellent flat that exceeded expectations. The photos do not do it justice. All furniture and fittings seemed new and everything was spotless. The beach is at the end of the road and Margate old town is maybe 10 minutes walk away. The flat is not huge, but there are 2 double bedrooms and one of these is down a few steps beyond the bathroom so quite far from the other one. This is ideal if you have children. It was always very quiet. We had a great long weekend and we were very happy with the accommodation.

Good property.

All good , certainly recommended. Location is good, parking can be challenging but it’s free street so something will be available, I parked once and all city is walking distance so did not bother to take out the car, Westbrook bay is just around the corner good for rock pooling , my kids enjoyed crab catching, the flat layout is good and spacious which is not obvious from picture in the website. Few bits can be improved , a smart tv in living room would be good to have, bathroom can have privacy screen on top of plane glass , shower head also can be improved, a towel drying arrangement is also good to have to reuse towels very minor things not essential.
