Our two well appointed gites, Oriole and Rossignol, are set in a peaceful, rural location & have been created from a barn adjoining our house. They are a 10 minute drive from the market town of Realmont and 20 minutes from Albi, the capital of the Tarn. Realmont has a lovely market, shops, cafes and a number of restaurants. The wine region Gaillac is only 30 minutes away with Toulouse Blagnac airport is just over an hour away.

Champagnol is situated in the Tarn, Midi Pyrenees region of Southern France.

The two gites, Oriole and Rossignol, are set in 4 acres of attractive gardens in a hamlet 7 miles from the picturesque market town of Realmont. Realmont has a lively market on a Wednesday morning, restaurants, cafes and a wide range of services and shops.
Albi, the capital of the Tarn is only 14 miles away with its magnificant Cathedral overlooking the Toulouse Lautrec museum, excellent restaurants, cafes and shops.

The area offers a wealth of historic towns - Cordes-sur-Ciel, Carcassonne and Castres to mention but a few. Lots of country markets and summer festivals are all within close proximity. Numerous walks, 4 golf courses (including a championship golf course which is about 20 minutes away) & a leisure lake are all nearby as well.

Each gite has a fully equipped kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, washing machine, bathroom with full-size bath & shower, large living/dining area with mezzanine bedroom, private garden with BBQ & access to secluded heated pool with views over the well kept gardens. The pool is for the two gites only with a maximum of four people. Each gite has a table, two chairs, two sunbeds and a large parasol by the pool. Prices include electricity, gas, bed linen, bath & pool towels.
This property can be booked with the Rossignol Gite to accomodate 4 people.
