The villa is very well equipped: almost all ensuite, with powerful aircon in the hot summer months. There's plenty of seating and the kitchens are well equipped to handle a range of catering needs (note, no ovens but there is a microwave, an outdoor BBQ area and hobs for frying). In all, a lovely experience for our group.
We hired cars and everything that you could need is within a 30 minute to an hours journey, from white beaches to seaside towns to cultural and historical sites. Alghero is particularly lovely for late dinners, ice cream and night life.
Our main contact, Monica, was very friendly and communicative, and offered up a lot of friendly advice for our stay!
A couple of things to note: there are a couple of rules around use of the pool (all reasonable but not suitable for the more hard party-going groups), a need to be conscious of recycling and bin days, and there are times in the week where a gardener or pool maintenance staff will visit as well as there being security cameras in the garden / around the property that will feel slightly invasive of privacy.
