Hi Louise, thank you for your wonderful 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that you had a great family holiday and enjoyed the house with its comfortable amenities and stunning sea views. We appreciate your feedback about the semi-self catering setup and the items provided for your convenience. The changeover agents do leave a toilet roll in each bathroom and a bin bag in each bin, if you do stay with us again and these are not there on your arrival please let us know and our Customer Service team will do their best to assist you. It would be a pleasure to host you again in our property on a future trip. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another stay! If you have any other comments or recommendations, please feel free to let us know. Warm regards, Bournecoast Holiday Agents.

Hi Heidi, thank you for your review and feedback. We agree this accommodation is in a fantastic location and we are pleased to hear that you had a great holiday in the house. That said, we appreciate your additional comments and we are sorry the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. The owner of this property does use a contracted Changeover Agent to prepare the property before each booking. We will of course provide this feedback to the company and the owner so they can make every effort to ensure the cleanliness is up to the usual standard expected for every arrival. We are glad you were still able to enjoy your holiday and thank you again for this helpful feedback. Regards, Bournecoast Holiday Agents.
