Cosy 2 Bedroom London Apartment - Walthamstow

Samir booked for 1 person in his booking for 3 days. However, he actually had his full family of 5 people. This was presumably to avoid extra charges. Not a good start. During his stay, we had continual complaints from neighbours about the noise emanating from the apartment. We politely asked him to just try and keep it down just a little bit. It is a residential family road and so the neighbours are used to children & babies. However, the noise from Samir's household was really excessive. Samir did not respond well when we reached out. He did not modify and behaviour and hence it was a month of hell. Consequently, we have this review full of made up stories. There is no mouse or pests. The apartment was professionally cleaned for his arrival. There are lots of cleaning products in the apartment & Samir did not spend £200 on cleaning products. To ne honest, I'm not sure whether they actually cleaned it at all during their stay judging by the state they left it in when they left. Samir sent no photos and we did have continual contact with him but that was due to his non adherence of the house rules.

Jens stayed for a month. He had 3 fundamental issues during his stay which soured communications a little with him. 1. He wanted free parking on the street. Like most of London, there is residential parking if you are located anywhere near a tube station. Hence, residentials owners need to pay for parking as well as guests that stay. If you want to leave your car during the day, there are council visitor parking permits that are £5.60 for a day.. Leaving overnight is free. I believe Jens had unreasonable expectations to insist on his free parking. 2/ There is no oven (as advertised). We have hob, microwave & and air fryer. Jens took exception to this. 3. He wanted a larger apartment for his family of 5 Jens did not mention anything about the cleaning, mould, etc. during his stay.. He was now slow to contact us about any other issues so his comments are surprising. The apartment is professionally cleaned for all our guests and the sofa is about 8 months old. Dining room Chairs are about 10 months old. None of the mattresses have mould on them and one of them is about 9 months old. It is a typical ground floor 2 bedroom apartment of a Victorian building. It is cosy and is competitively priced accordingly. There are obviously larger 2 bedroom apartments which can be rented. We have larger 2 bedroom apartment and houses and the price is obviously a little more.
