EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE FRONT DESK ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR CONFIRMATION LETTER.

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy.

Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

A photo identification, credit card for $100 security deposit. Refunded at check out.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: $32 per day resort fee due at check in.

Resort Fee includes: Access to rooftop pool and hot tub, children's splash pad, BBQ area, business center services (including boarding pass printing), fitness center, laundry facilities, wireless internet in the rooms and free local phone calls.

Staff is available 24 hours a day to assist you! 24 hour security & front desk services!

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Your reservation will be made in the name of the person making the purchase, if additional names need to be added to your reservation for check in purposes (arriving on different flights, etc), please notify us at the time of purchase or at least 7 days prior to arrival date of the additional names that should be permitted to check in. If a name is not on the reservation they will not be permitted to check in, no exceptions.
