The property has 3 spacious levels and 8 rooms that can accommodate a maximum of 16 people sleeping, with areas to rest, play, have and fun. The view of the city and the spaciousness of the exclusive-use upper terrace create the perfect space for your stay to be comfortable and unforgettable. You will find a comfortable bed with an orthopedic mattress in each room, split air conditioning, a led tv in 6 of the rooms, and on the 2 terraces with cable TV in all TVs, a master suite with 65-inch tv. The accommodation has a beautiful, spacious, and luxurious kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. The property it is located in the heart of the capital, close to supermarkets, cinemas, shopping centers, Mirador Norte Park, and others. The apartment has: -Jacuzzi/Hot Tub for exclusive use, private for 10 people. -barbecue. -Billiards/Pool table game. -Foosball table game. -Filtered water in kitchen and terrace -Ice machine on the terrace -The fridge has filtered water ready to drink and an ice machine You can take a bath in the light of the moon, with a glass of wine, in hot water, looking at the stars, with soft music. Stay in this luxurious eight (8) bedroom Penthouse in the heart of Santo Domingo. The penthouse is fully furnished and includes amenities such as a washer, dryer, ice maker, 2 own balconies, 2 decks & own parking in a gated 2 car lot. You are in the heart of Santo Domingo, 5 minutes from restaurants, shopping malls, and the cinema. Around the Penthouse there is a public transport service, Uber, taxis, you can also walk to some restaurants and a shopping centre (centre of the city) around and the South Mirador Park. The base cost includes 16 guests, and there is a charge of $ 15 per additional guest. The Penthouse is not suitable for disabled people. The Elevator is for the private use of the Penthouse and only has a capacity for 2 people simultaneously. As our Penthouse guest, you agree to abide by all of our House Policies/House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures by reading these rules. By accepting these policies and house rules, guests agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the owners of this property (8-BDR. Penthouse | Large Jacuzzi & Private Rooftop) and their representatives from all claims, disputes, litigation, lawsuits, costs, and attorneys, fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to guests and occupants, and the licensees of Guests. The owner recommends that Guests obtain and carry insurance to protect against injury and personal property. The owners do not insure the guests or their personal property, including the Penthouse and the vehicles (parking lot) against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts, third parties, or any other cause. Our House Policy/Rules may change from time to time, so please check back often. 1. No events or parties are allowed. Music is not permitted after 10 PM. You must listen to it at a moderate volume during the day to respect the neighbors' tranquillity because the property is located in a residential building. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, regardless of size. What we don’t allow: -Disruptive gatherings -Open-invite gatherings Disturbances to the surrounding community such as: -Excessive noise -Excessive visitors -Excessive trash/littering -Smoking nuisances -Parking nuisances -Trespassing -Vandalism 2. Please respect the noise curfew. 3. Please turn off the AC when you go out. 4. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for any damages. 5. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 6. Please do your dishes. 7. Smoking is allowed only in the open common areas of the apartment. 8. Only registered guests will have access to the apartment. No additional or overnight visitors and non-guests are allowed without payment. Must include all guests in the reservation, including visitors, children, and babies. 9. The apartment can sleep only up to 16 people maximum; the first sixteen (16) guests are included (FREE) in the initial reservation cost. 10. Please respect check-in and check-out times. check-in is at 3:00 PM, and Check-out is before 10:00 AM. There are absolutely no exceptions since other guests are arriving, and this is a three floors Penthouse that needs to be cleaned. 11. The cleaning fee is $80 in total ($10 per room). Please note that cleaning is done only upon the guest's check-out; no cleaning services are included during your stay. Also, guests have the option to request additional cleaning service for $80, which includes changing clean towels if needed. 12. The use of prohibited substances is NOT allowed (No Drugs). 13. All communication must be made in AirBnB through the messaging portal. 14. Do not use the provided white sheets or towels to remove makeup. If sheets or towels get stained during your stay, the replacement cost of USD $53 per sheet or towel will be charged. 15. It cannot throw waste outside the apartment through windows, balconies, terraces, and a Jacuzzi area (papers, cigarettes, condoms, food, etc.). 16. Under any circumstances, the guests cannot manipulate or cover the security cameras for the guest's safety and the property. 17. Please take extra care of your keys, we only provide one set of keys to our guests. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of USD $250 (including control or key of the gate or elevator). 18. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 19. Please read the cancellation policy on Airbnb before you make a reservation. This is a non-refundable booking. We want our cancellation policy to be respected with no exceptions. 20. Your privacy and security are essential to us. There are 36 security cameras that record 24/7 in all common areas such as the parking lot, entrances, balconies, all corridors, the rooftop, inside the apartment, and the elevator (zero blind spots). There are no cameras in any of the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen. You do not have to worry about your privacy since the surveillance cameras are in a closed circuit with no access to the outside and are never monitored, only if criminal activities, claims, or complaints are reported to us. ***WARNINGS*** -WE DON'T ISSUE REFUNDS OR DATE CHANGES DUE TO GUEST CANCELLATION BY ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING EMERGENCIES, COVID-19 SICKNESS, OR COUNTRY CURFEW. -PLEASE DO NOT THROW TOILET PAPER, FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS, TRASH, OR ANYTHING IN THE TOILETS. THAT WILL CLOG THE TOILETS, AND THE COST OF SENDING A PLUMBER TO UNCLOG A TOILET IS $20 FOR EACH VISIT. THIS COST WILL BE BILLED TO YOU AS AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE THROUGH THE AIRBNB PORTAL, AND ONCE PAID, WE WILL BE SENT TO THE PLUMBER TO PROVIDE THE PAID SERVICE.
